Policy Overview At Tailorly, we are committed to your satisfaction. We understand that ordering online doesn’t always go as planned, but we strive to make the returns process as smooth as possible. 2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged upon receipt, or if you received the wrong item.
  • Non-returnable Items: Customized jerseys are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product arrives defective.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

3. Time Limits for Returns

  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Late Returns: Returns outside of the 14-day window may not be accepted and could be sent back at the customer's expense.

4. Initiating a Return or Exchange To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service at service@tailorly.com. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the steps required to process your return.

5. Fees & Shipping Costs

  • Handling Charges: There are no handling fees for returns or exchanges.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to send items back to us. If you are returning an item due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Refund of Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Refund Process and Timing

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 business days.
